December 29, 2009 - The Turkish Coalition of America (TCA) is seeking interns to work in its D.C. office during the Spring 2010 semester. Desirable candidates will be students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate education and recent graduates possessing a minimum of one year office experience, knowledge and interest in U.S.-Turkish relations, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
Spring interns will be tasked with duties including – but not limited to:
- Conducting web-based research, Wikipedia & social media monitoring
- Strengthening TCA’s growing network of scholarship and internship alumni
- Supporting Project Managers on daily tasks
- Assisting TCA staff with Capitol Hill visits
- Attending events pertaining to U.S.-Turkish relations
